The Fate of Tyrlon and other Dubious Things

This summer has seemed to just fly by so quickly!  It seems like just last week that it was early May and the college students were leaving to go home and things were quieting down, and now it is the end of July!

The students will be back in a couple of short weeks so now we’re getting into that final crunch time where we have to get everything ready and all of the pieces of software and hardware setup for the students in the labs.  I’ve gotten a lot of good updates done over the summer but there are still so many things left to do.  I wonder if anyone would complain if we just sort of made July last for 7-8 weeks instead of 4.  Of course, that would make getting paid once a month a lot harder I guess…

Anyone else think that the summer has just blown them by like I do?  At least i’m already planning ahead for next summer, when I hope to go scuba diving in the little caymans.
