Fun Things to Buy on eBay

May 16th, 2008 · No Comments

You see some really interesting things such as an Airwolf Replica auction on eBay. The most recent price for this item is almost $39,000! I’m not sure what I would do with a replica heli-copter built on top of a real Bell heli-copter frame, but i’m sure i could come up with something creative.

That is what always amazes me about ebay: if you can think about buying it, someone is probably selling it. If ebay didn’t have rules against various things, you’d even find such as things as human body parts and relics. I’m not sure who would be buying these things on ebay though, as you can’t always trust what you get.

It is also a real pain to try to sell some items and have to take the pictures and build up good feedback on your seller account so that the buyers will trust you. That is where the great idea of iSold It comes in to play.

The way it works is that you take your item to your local iSold It store and drop it off with them. They will take pictures of it and list it for you and when it sells, they will take a cut of the selling price and mail you a check for the rest. This keeps the process super simple and lets you concentrate on getting money out of your old stuff that you don’t want anymore!
